Gentle Exercises for Seniors

Join us every Wednesday afternoon between 3 pm – 3.45 pm when Personal trainer Barb takes our group of ”girls” through a series of simple and easy gentle exercises – no previous experience is necessary.

  • Group session held indoors in winter months
  • Held undercover during summer months
  • Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and footwear
  • Gold coin donation
  • Join our group for a “cuppa” beforehand at 2.30 pm
  • Everyone is welcome

Exercise is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle, even if it is just a small amount each day. Even without massive workouts, with gentle, regular exercise, it is possible to increase one’s health.
