Gentle Exercises for Seniors
Join us every Wednesday afternoon between 3 pm – 3.45 pm when Personal trainer Barb takes our group of ”girls” through a series of simple and easy gentle exercises – no previous experience is necessary.
- Group session held indoors in winter months
- Held undercover during summer months
- Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and footwear
- Gold coin donation
- Join our group for a “cuppa” beforehand at 2.30 pm
- Everyone is welcome
