The Place of Wonder returns to Camperdown in June to provide a workshop and presentation on sourdough, grains and legumes!!!
Join us for another two part series brought to you by The CIRCLE Effect.

Sourdough Workshop
Take the mystery out of making Sourdough bread. At this workshop we will explore two different loaf making techniques, make a sourdough starter from scratch and learn the art of kneading and folding. Lots of notes and tastings. Loaves and sourdough starters to take home. Gluten free sourdough available (Please indicate at the time of registering).
When: 1.30-3.30pm Thursday 20th June
Where: Camperdown Community House (6 Gunner street, next to APEX Park)

Using Legumes and Grains Interactive Presentation
Improve your knowledge of where to buy, how to prepare, what to use them in, in relation to gluten free grains such as buckwheat, millet, sorghum, millet and non-gluten free grains such as barley, freekeh, spelt and farrow. Learn how to prepare and use dried legumes. Lots of tastings, a quiz and plenty of recipes to share.
When: 6-8pm Thursday 20th June
Where: Courthouse Camperdown (179 Manifold Street)
