Wellways will be providing their Building a Future Snapshot Program at the Camperdown Community House.

This program is a two session mental health education and support program for families of someone who experiences mental health issues.

Building a Future Snapshot provides:

* up-to-date mental health information
* strategies and skills to improve well-being and relationships
* knowledge and support from others with similar experiences
* information and strategies on accessing supports and services
* an opportunity to explore self-care and family well-being
* a chance to connect with others in a supportive environment

The two sessions included in this snapshot program are:

10am-1pm Monday 13 August
10am-1pm Tuesday 14 August
