FERMENTATION WORKSHOP WITH KYLIE TREBLE!
Kylie Treble from A Place of Wonder will be taking us through the basics of fermentation.
We will learn to make Sauerkraut, fermented Salsa and Keffir.
Plenty of tastings, notes and recipes.
Take home what you make.
When: 10.30am – 12pm Thursday 18 October
Cost: $ 18 per person
What to bring: jars (a minimum of three) and lots of questions, the rest is supplied

The Place of Wonder (TPOW) is a shared permaculture style garden and real-food focused kitchen. It is a tangible representation of my adventure into the world of food preparation and edible gardening based upon sustainable intentions, observation, personal responsibility, environmental respect and above all diversity.
The TPOW journey will lead us toward:
- A place where garden and food preparation traditions are both maintained and challenged in hands-on workshops and discussions.
