Pastry Making with Kylie Treble from The Place of Wonder

Pastry Making Workshop
Pastry is science.  Texture, flavour and behaviour of Puff, Short and Wonton style pastries will be explained at this hands-on workshop. And once you know the science you can apply it to a wide range of pastry types and interpret how they will behave.  Lots to taste.  Everything that you make you can take home.
$18 dollars per person.  Bookings and pre-payment essential.
Minimum of 8 people required for workshop to go ahead.
